About the Founder
In the 1990's when Realty DataTrust CEO, Mike Mueller, started AllApartments.com, today known as Move.com, one of the leading Internet Listing Services, there were plenty of skeptics who wondered why on earth or even how people would use the Internet to find an apartment. That was then.
Today the astounding success of what has come to be known as Internet Listing Services and Mike's perseverance has made the question of the Internet's viability in apartment leasing a thing of the past. Not only has the Internet become the number one way for people to shop for apartments, but leasing online is no longer in the early stages of adoption by property management companies.
Education and Innovation are Equally Important
Today, Mike Mueller is regarded as a pioneer and a visionary. He continues to impact the industry with innovation and technology leadership, challenging the industry to reach for the next level. In 2005, he made a decision to rock the apartment industry with a set of ideas that would change the way the multifamily industry would forever think of the Internet. He did that by starting an Internet educational movement in the multifamily industry known as the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference (AIM).
AIM brings Internet experts from different industries together to share their experiences with successfully using the Internet for marketing. The AIM Conference showcased ways to educate and inform apartment owners about the trends, advantages and opportunities that exist with the Internet.
Today after two AIM conferences, it has now developed a reputation as the most impactful Internet marketing conference in the multifamily housing industry.
